By being an independent consultant, I can provide objective industry advice. I work with over 140 firms from all channels.  My goal is to help you find the firm with the right FEEL, FIT and FINANCIAL solution for you and your practice.

There is NO COST to you as an advisor. Firms have two budgets, one for recruiting and one for outside consultants. Ultimately, I am compensated by the firm you choose to join.

  • I have been recruiting full time since 2007 and have consulted or placed over 1000 advisors.
  • Recruiting for two of the largest firms in the industry has given me unique insight into their internal operations and how the industry works as a whole. Additionally, I was a financial advisor and complex manager prior to recruiting full time.

  • At Bridgemark Strategies we have a group of 10 recruiters with over 200 years of cumulative experience from diverse industry backgrounds to collaborate with in order to find the best solution for you and your practice.
